Alvis Salenieks has twelve years of executive search, staffing and technology experience.
Previous to establishing Tangent, Alvis was a Director and Principal at Slayton International, one of the top 10 retained search firms in Chicago and a leader in manufacturing and supply chain executive search. Before Slayton, Alvis was a founder and Vice President of MorganWorks which used traditional “bricks and mortar” execution as well as online strategies to create “one of a kind” staffing strategies for their clients. Earlier in his recruiting career, Alvis worked for other well known firms in executive search and staffing, Boyden and Kelly Scientific Resources. Alvis is an engineering graduate of Northwestern University of Evanston, IL, Alvis and his wife Karina reside in Denver, Colorado with their sons Merik and Grant.
